課程概述 |
The students taking this course will help with the organization of the conference INTERFACEing 2021: “Pandemics & Plagues, Languages & Literatures” on October 1-3, 2021. Divided into groups they will take care of the registration of participants when they arrive, handle the remote participation, prepare the material for the conference breaks and so on.

Students getting the course will:
• acquire experience in conference organizing
• enhance their abilities to work as a team
• practice dealing with practical problems

課程要求 |
Students, divided in groups will cover the conference needs (registration of and assistance to attendees, supervision of coffee/lunch breaks, handling of remote participation software and cameras for online recording of the conference). Each student will spend 16 hours in the days October 1 - October 3 in time periods to be mutually arranged between 8:30 and 19:00 (no student will be required to spend more than 8 hours in any particular day). Additionally each student will have to spend 2 hours for training at times to be mutually agreed between September 20 and September 29." |
